This course will be offered at the Lubbock Police Department's Academy and is an 8-hour course beginning at 0900 on June 10th, 2016.  The purpose of the course is to give officers and other attendees more information about basic negotiating skills, psychiatric conditions, and how SWAT callouts are conducted (with consideration given to how departments like NYPD work).
