I have the honor of once again speaking at a TAHN-sponsored hostage negotiator certification course. I’ll speak all day on the Thursday of this week-long course, and will give attendees an overview of Influence and Persuasion, negotiator callout debriefings, and of how to negotiate with different psychiatric conditions.
