Lt. Charles Crosby from the Orlando Police Department will be coming to Lubbock and speaking at our LPD and TAHN sponsored area-wide training. In the morning he will speak on the Pulse Nightclub massacre, and in the afternoon he will speak about negotiating with different personality types.
