-Elements of a Crisis Negotiating Team, including evaluating proficiency
Responsibilities of a team leader and decision-making including callout debriefings as examples.
-Characteristics of good team leaders
-Team operation and coordination
-Working with incident command
-Working with and training with SWAT
-New member selection (including personality characteristics) and monthly team training.
-Group dynamics and organization
-Kidnap negotiations and other uses of negotiating teams.
-Equipment, supplies, and SOP’s
